Hobbies
I enjoy being creative. I love learning and frequently will try to pick up new programming languages or try new hobbies. I love doing photography, making jewellery and doing other craft projects. I also enjoy swimming and relish traveling and exploring new places.
Volunteering
Giving back to the community is important to me. I am an active volunteer for Vermont's Camp Ta-Kum-Ta, a camp for kids with cancer. I regularly help out with fundraisers and I have also been a camp counselor. I am also a volunteer for Make-A-Wish of Vermont.
Honors
I was nominated for the Good Citizenship Award at Castleton State College. I also was awarded a grant to attend a woman's leadership conference.

Helped with the transition of the website from a Silverstripe to a Drupal platform
Built a custom Drupal module using Drupal based PHP, Ajax and Javascript to pull a CSV list of towns, print one column in a drop down select box, then display the relevant rows immediately upon selection
Created functional and well-designed web forms with the ability to write onto PDFs
Recreated existing PDFS in order to add extra content
Web Application Developer (Temporary)

Developed a mobile friendly application using Bootstrap to create a front end to a robust SQL Server database for local housing. This allowed users to search for housing information by name or address and pull up information such as violations on the property, previous owners' names, owner's contact information etc...
